Tonight was a special night as our YL team got to entertain a short-term missions team from David & Kathy's home church in Georgia. They just arrived this morning and did a great job staying awake despite the jetlag. It was great getting to know them over hot apple cider and some good food. We also helped the Usrey's put up their Christmas tree because they leave for the states (just for a visit) in a few weeks and want to enjoy their tree & decorations. We listened to Christmas music and later watched The Grinch. It was a very cozy night:-)

Oh Christmas tree...and the Grinch!

Your hair is so *long*! And the tree perfectly touches the ceiling. You look happy.
I am glad I remembered your blog, Amy! i had been wondering what was happening that I didn't receive any news! My! You have been so happily busy!!! That sounds great!

Amy,
We've been praying for you, but haven't kept up with you as we had hoped! I've bookmarked your blog now so I'm sure McKenna will be checking it often! Can you send me your address so that we can send you a Christmas card? I'm assuming that you still have my email address.
Thanks,
Donna Kephart
Hi Amy
I also feel bad that I have not kept up with you better. I pray with you often, your picture is right beside me when I do my morning devotions and prayer. I imagine you there too. So you are always with me.
I am so glad you keep up this blog I like to catch up on it. It sounds like there is much going on for the glory of God. I pray He continues to strenghten and encourage you.
Do you need anything from the US that you can't get there? Any favorite "treats" or "handy stuff"?
I really got a chuckle from your "embarassing morning" - I'm here to tell you I can outdo you many times over with such moments out of my life. So, I know exactly how you feel. I have learned how to humble myself so many times because of it, I am really quite good at it :-)! Don't be too hard on yourself, it happens to even the best of us (so, I've heard).
Stay well and happy. God Bless.
