After years of preparing and planning, the Lord has fully paved the way for me to be in France! I arrived in Paris today (Thursday) at 9:10AM. I had the joy of traveling with my friend Adrienne, who is a flight attendant for United. I was able to get a standby ticket for just $170 and she checked 2 bags for me and took a carry on!! What a nice friend:-) We got on the plane without any problems and even got to sit next to each other. Customs was a breeze, my bags were the first ones out and I was cheerfully greeted by my boss, David and his daughter Tiffany (also on staff with YL)...a very nice to start, I must say!
We just got back a bit ago from looking at a studio apartment. It seems like a great deal and the landlord was very nice! I also just made a couple of phone calls in regards to some studios. Hopefully something will work out soon...please pray!
I'm excited to be in France. I'm grateful to my wonderful network of support!
